Arganade began like many other startups, making product in our parents garage. The first product created was a salon quality pomade. This product featured a premium mixture of natural argan and coconut oils. The name was coined after the creation of this first product. "ARGAN" oil Pom"ADE".

Arganade uses natural argan oil in all of their products due to it moisturizing, and enhancing qualities.

Argan oil comes from the nut found in the Argania Spinosa tree. The Argan tree is endemic to the southwest region of Morocco. In this small area of Morocco there are known to be over 21 million trees. The reason this tree is so special to Arganade is the meticulous process that it takes to create the oil. The traditional way to press Argan oil is a lengthy process that involves cracking the shell and pressing the oil out of the nut. In traditional pressing it can take up to 20 hours to make 1 litre of Argan oil.
